Dos and Don’ts:
Help us maintain a clean space: no  pets, or smoking allowed. Keep food and beverages away from play areas.
Maintain a friendly atmosphere by keeping noise levels reasonable.
For everyone’s safety, our CCTV is in operation—please do not tamper with it. Leave the venue clean—additional mess will result in extra charges.
 

Before You Depart:
Remove all decorations and clean up any spills.
Dispose of trash into the bins just outside the cargo lift.
Clean and return all kitchen utensils.
Rearrange the furniture to its original layout.
Turn off all electronics and securely lock up!
 

Accidents happen - let's try to avoid them! However..
Here’s What It May Cost:
Damage to venue property: repair or replacement fees.
Hockey table mishaps: $600.
Additional cleaning: $100-$400.
Unattended leftovers: $50 for trash and $30 for unwashed items.
Pets: $300.
Indoor smoking: $150.
Misplaced furniture/equipment: $50.
Noise complaints from neighbours or police visits: $300.
 

To secure the event space, full payment based on the official quote is required, especially for weekends, public holidays, and public holiday eves, which are in high demand.
 

Furthermore, a refundable deposit of $800 will be collected 1 or 2 days before your event to cover any potential damages or extended hours. If everything goes smoothly, this deposit will be promptly refunded within one week after your event. (we will text customers to collect deposit)
 

The booked time includes both setup and teardown. If you overstay, it will be $160/hour on weekdays and $200/hour on weekends. Note that any stay beyond the scheduled time by more than 10 minutes will result in a full hour charge.
